Motor
Third-party, third-party fire & theft, comprehensive and fleet. NIID certificates, inspections, assessors, garages and salvage.
One system for an insurance company to run every class it writes: motor, marine, fire, travel, liability, engineering and specialty. Your underwriters configure the products, your agents, brokers and banks sell them, your policyholders manage their own cover, and assessors and garages work their claims in the same place.
Every class is a module that already knows its insured item, its covers, its claims steps and its integrations. Switch a class on for an entity and its products, menus and dashboards appear.

Individual and group covers for death, disability and medical expenses.
Public, products, occupiers' and professional indemnity, including compulsory covers.

Oil & gas, aviation, marine hull and bonds: agreed premiums, co-insurance shares and reinsurance placement.
Coming Group life · Credit life · Individual life & funeral · Microinsurance bundles · Health runs on Claimify Health.
Fully configurable systems turn into software projects; hard-coded ones make every new product a change request. Claimify Core does both: what differs between classes is built in, and what differs between products is yours to set.
Customers, intermediaries, policy lifecycle, premiums and receipts, commissions, claims ledger, co-insurance and reinsurance, documents, approvals, audit trail and accounting, the same for every class.
One per class of business: the insured item (vehicle, cargo, location, project), covers, claims workflow and integrations such as NIID. Built and tested by us.
Set up by your underwriters: covers, rates and rate tables, extensions, loadings and discounts, extra questions, referral limits, commission per channel and wordings. Versioned, so every policy traces back to its exact terms.
Every customer of the insurer, a person or a company, gets their own account. They see every policy they hold across classes and stop calling the branch for a certificate or a claim update.
Welcome back
3 active policiesA claim involves more people than the insurer. Assessors, loss adjusters, surveyors, mechanics and recovery agents each sign in to their own portal, see only the jobs given to them, and send reports, estimates and invoices straight into the claim file. No e-mail chains, no lost photos. Available now: motor, fire and travel
From their own portal, through their agent or by calling in. Photos, the police report and the driver's details go straight into the claim.
The claims officer sees the policy, the cover, the excess and whether the premium was paid, opens a reserve and appoints an assessor.
The job appears on the assessor's portal. They inspect the car and upload their report and photos to the claim.
The mechanic quotes parts and labour on the platform. HIVA compares it with similar repairs, then the insurer approves, negotiates or declines it within each officer's authority limit.
The garage marks the job done and uploads its invoice; the policyholder confirms they have collected the car.
The garage is paid, less the excess, with maker-checker on the payment. Salvage and third-party recoveries are tracked on the same file.
The class module knows who takes part in its claims, so each partner gets the steps that fit.
Surveyors file damage reports at the port; recoveries are claimed from the shipping line.
Adjusters visit the site and value the loss; the average rule is applied at settlement.
Tow trucks move the car, salvage buyers bid on write-offs, recovery agents chase third parties.
Medical and travel assistance companies open and update cases for travellers abroad.
Contractors report damage on site; adjusters report against the contract value.
Lead and follow insurers see their share of each loss; reinsurers get advice on large claims.
HIVA, the Hayok Intelligent Virtual Assistant, runs through every part of Claimify Core. It reads the documents, checks the claims, answers questions about your book, and serves policyholders and partners day and night, so your staff spend their time on decisions instead of data entry.
Three claims need you:
Vehicle papers, Form M, invoices, bills of lading, survey reports and broker slips become filled-in quotes for an underwriter to check.
Flags inflated estimates, claims soon after inception, repeat vehicles and missing documents, and reads damage photos before the assessor arrives.
"Loss ratio on marine this quarter by broker?" Plain-language answers from your own data, with the figures behind them.
Explains their cover, sends certificates, takes a claim report with photos and gives its status, on the portal or WhatsApp.
Partners describe the risk in a message; HIVA asks what's missing and returns a priced quote within their appointment.
Describe a product in plain words and HIVA drafts its covers, rates and rules for review; it drafts renewal letters and regulatory return notes too.
Available now is in the platform today; In development is on the roadmap we're building with our first insurers.
Reviews every claim and estimate against your price list and past claims, flags warning signs and suggests a fair amount, and answers questions about your book. Reading documents into quotes is in development.
